2. How Our Calculators Work

Our tools are designed to be “privacy-first.” Most of the calculations happen directly on your device (client-side). When you input your energy usage or roof size, that data is processed and shown to you immediately. We do not store your specific calculation inputs on our servers.

3. Information We Collect

To keep the site running and improve our tools, we collect two types of information:

  • Anonymous Analytics: We use basic tools to see how many people visit the site and which calculators are the most popular. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
  • Contact Information: If you voluntarily email us or use our contact form, we will have your name and email address so we can reply to you. We never use this for marketing lists unless you explicitly ask us to.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to remember your preferences (like your preferred currency or country) so you don’t have to re-enter them every time you visit. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without losing access to our calculators.

5. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to government incentive pages or educational resources. Once you leave Solar Calculator Hub, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites. We encourage you to read their policies as well.
